Metal Amore wants to have some fun. Fun with words and fun with metal. Are you ready for this? Put on your thinking cap and get out your sense of humor. We're going to have a little bitty contest.

All you have to do is post a word or phrase that you would like to see stamped on metal. Letters only please. Spouse bashing is expected, after all I am married. Nothing racist or sexist will be allowed.

• Then, just go out and get "Likes" on your comment/entry by:

1. Having your voters like my Fanpage
2. & have them comment on your post

The person with the most "Likes" on their post will win their entry stamped on a disc with a pretty organza necklace! If you are the winner you must still be a fan of my page after the fun is over to receive your prize. You can "like" and comment on as many posts as you choose. "Like" them all, or just like one. It's up to you.

What's With All The Smooshing?

Smooshing, not to be confused with mooshy, mushy or smushy, is a great group of Polymer Clay artisans from who have named their group Polymer Clay Smooshers.  And you got it, they smoosh clay.  Doesn't that sound like fun?

Important news! And a winner too!

Yep, it's true, I have important news, so PAY ATTENTION!! Okay, that's better.

If you take a gander down the right side bar there, you may or may not notice something missing. Go ahead, take peek, see if you can figure out what it is.

I'm sure most of you can, but for those who can't, I'll just tell you. Ahem *clears throat*.

It is with great happiness that I announce that I have completely removed all my items from Etsy and will no longer be using them as my selling venue. There are numerous reasons, from messing with our SEOs, to closing threads that are asking WHY, to muting members and closing their shops down with no explanation. As far as I'm concerned that's not very American at all.

And so, with that I've closed my poll which, by the way, was 5 for Etys, and a whopping 17 for ARTFIRE!! Woohoo!!

Judges, are you ready for this?

Hey, did you hear? ArtFire is holding a Fusion Studio Contest! What's that, you ask? Well, sit back, relax and read on....

As you may have seen below, ArtFire launched our TOTALLY AWESOME Fusion Studio pages. Our front pages are totally customizable. We can use a super huge 1000x200 banner, customize our studio colors to coordinate, add html codes (slide shows, flickriver, etsy mini and more). We can also customize the layout, have categories. It's pretty freaking awesome!
